Hi @mohamed.benali91, great to hear of your interest in Common Voice! Could you look over the post Moroccan Arabic Localization Request and participate in the Weekly Update: 8th July 2021 - Roadmap Sessions + more.
In addition, I highly recommend getting in contact with contributors to other Arabic varieties, for example Contributors on Pontoon as it is likely that an approach that works for one variety should work for the others too.
