I don’t think the Up & Coming is working correctly. I know it isn’t putting the up and coming on My Themes list. I couldn’t say about the regular Up & Coming but I know it isn’t showing the theme that is in the Featured and getting more downloads than the ones it shows on that page.
Either that or I don’t understand how it is supposed to work!
