This feels like something which could/should be done in the future automatically.
https://reps.mozilla.org/api/beta/users/?groups=Council seems to be the best source for this data, but since emails aren’t exposed, we’ll have to rely on some regex magic to parse the mozillians_profile_url field for a mozillians username (hoping we can trust council members to fill it in properly).
