I cannot upload my addon because of this message:
I uploaded a test version of my web extension in the past and deleted it afterward. Is the ID now blocked forever? “See full validation report” only shows a warning!

IDs belonging to deleted add-ons can never be used again. Both the API documentation and Developer Hub have strong warnings about the fact that deletion causes the ID to be forever unusable.
