User lost phone + laptop and cannot sign in

Hi!
I was looking at this user’s issue and I was wondering if there is anything that we can help him with.

Issues:
Cannot log in wiithout either phone or laptop, both got stolen.
No SMS 2fa, this would have fixed the lost devices issue.
Cannot reset password since he needs 2fa.
Reset password would delete data.
Cannot unsubscribe to emails.
Needs to use a new email for a ff account.

We do not handle authentication credentials in the IAM Project, instead I would refer you to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-community-support (this is where the FxA support is)
