This is more of an open work space for contributors to Mozilla projects. The support site has a team of contributors looking at questions that come in and use their experience to try to answer them.
Thanks for your helpful comments, but I won’t be bothering with Firefox any more. I just got trolled on the forum by some guy who thinks he’s a guru. I normally ignore those types, but I forgot on this occasion

I’ve switched to a Chromium based browser which hasn’t got the problem.
