Some user says Firefox is slow. I point to reporting a perf bug or profile refresh. Should I Reply or Reply+Close?

I would suggest to Reply+Close if you think that the problem has been solved. The new reply will open a new issue in the social tool anyway so you will need to close them one by one. However, if the issue is kind of complicated and require back and forth conversation, I would strongly suggest to assign it to you otherwise you will lose track of the convo.
