Yes, you can participate in Arabic translation on GitHub or through Mozilla’s Pontoon platform.
For GitHub, you can find Mozilla’s repositories for Arabic translation here: https://github.com/mozilla-l10n. You can then select the project you want to contribute to, and follow their guidelines for contributing translations.
For Pontoon, you can access Mozilla’s Arabic localization project here: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ar/. Once you create an account and log in, you can start translating strings and contributing to the project.
