if you mean about old data idk let me ask @mikoMK if he know anything about that
but for now at the end of each page there github link you can use it
for example check this one https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/HTML/Tables/Basics#on-github to report issue or edit it on github
so in short it all run on github

Do you mean your contributions from the time when MDN was still a wiki? I can’t tell if this information is archived somewhere. Your best bet would probably be asking the technical writers on their Matrix channel: https://chat.mozilla.org/#/room/#mdn:mozilla.org
