Where did "New WebExtension APIs" go?

Where can I follow the planned APIs for WebExtensions? It used to be here:

But now the roadmap is gone. Did it move somewhere else?

I am eagerly awaiting the toolbar API.

Toolbar API priority dropped to P3, presumably after a triage meeting earlier this year.

Shortly after each new Beta version there is a blog article about new API introduced in that Beta.
