Maybe you marked it as experimental? (if you screenshot was a bit longer, we would see)
If your add-on on is experimental or otherwise not ready for general use. The add-on will be listed but will have reduced visibility.
You have only uploaded versions for self-hosting. If you want the add-on to be visible, you need to upload a new version and choose the right hosting option in the first upload step.
