Will Mozilla ever put Firefox Bookmarks Manager in a tab?

It’s really annoying that the Bookmarks Manager still opens in its own window instead of a tab. Will this ever be fixed? Anybody know an ETA?

You can use this link: chrome://browser/content/places/places.xhtml

You can also look at add-ons to manage bookmarks.

If you want a new feature in Firefox put it in Bugzilla or Mozilla Connect.

Thanks for the “chrome://” link, however, it doesn’t have full function. I can’t add new bookmarks from it, can’t use CTRL+PgDn/PgUp to navigate to etc.

I’m surprised Mozilla continues to keep the Bookmarks Manager as a separate window. It makes it a PITA to use.
