As part of the zone removal work, I’ve updated all four relevant zones to use “quicklinks” sidebars instead of “zone sidebars”.

In these locales I’ve tried to keep any translated sidebar content where that is reasonable, but because I don’t speak those languages I may have made some mistakes.
In general, this represents updates to a lot of pages, so it’s likely that a few mistakes have crept in.
