i made an add-on for internal company usage, it helps the people to quickly scan tikcet for potential issue, and other “power user” options.
but its on a site “autotask” which contains significant mount of sensitive info, is it possible to get it publicly signed without a login?
what would i have to do etc.

When you say “is it possible to get it publicly signed without a login?”, do you mean without an AMO developer account, without providing AMO reviewers with an Autotask account, or something else?
You must have an AMO account in order to submit an add-on for review. This applies to both add-ons distributed on addons.mozilla.org and self-distributed add-ons.
As for a test account, the Add-ons Policies state:
To facilitate the functional testing, the add-on author must provide testing information and, if an account is needed for any part of the add-on’s functionality, testing credentials to allow use of the add-on.
