In the old version of Firefox there was a very useful application named Always on Top. It helped to use many windows without loosing browser. But after update to Firefox Quantum this option was cancelled. Is it possible to return it? Or if there smth similar to it?

I doubt that Mozilla will enable add-ons to do that (again).
It would be possible (but difficult) to implement it with native messaging.
As an alternative, I can suggest
Besides a number of other window management actions, you can use e.g. Alt + Mouse Wheel to pin almost any window to the top (not sure if it active by default, though).
