Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. Our Addon worked fine and after a period of time the UI for the Addon was changed (happens on both Firefox & Chrome). Updates are coming through still so that is strange, but users cannot interact with the UI of the Addon anylonger.
Have you checked for errors in the debugger?
