Hi @roy.shavit, can you check your Developer Hub to see if you have set your extension to invisible? If it’s invisible, set it back to visible and it should be accepted within a short period of time.
If it hasn’t been sent to invisible, please email amo-admins [at] mozilla [dot] and include the URL of your extension.
