Android Studio using java

Hi

I am a mozillian.

I have just join a development and am working on Mobile apps which is new for me.

We are using Android Studio which uses java to develop mobile apps.

I am having a problem: Android Studio uses SQlite Db to store information. However I want to have access to teh DB so that it can be maintained.

Does anybody know how to use MYSQL or Xampp as DB in Android Studio.
