API Credentials: An email with confirmation link never recieved

Hi,
in my Add-on Developer Hub I tried to get API keys (Client Challenge)
This page now just says:

Manage API Keys

API Credentials

A confirmation link will be sent to your email address. After confirmation you will find your API keys on this page.

but I never recieved any email and cannot resend it. any suggestions what to do?
