Community Design GitHub readme should be updated

Hello everyone,
I have a little suggestion about the GitHub repo readme. After reading just the read me, people may think it’s a group of designer giving free designs for everyone. Cause today someone submitted an issue for random webservice.
So at the readme file, a clarification should be added that The purpose of this repo is creating artwork for MOZILLA COMMUNITY, not for everyone. Also by design, we are referring to mostly visual design and front-end. What do you think?
