I have installed mozilla deepspeech server with the help of this link : deepspeech-server · PyPI but when i execute this command
deepspeech-server --config config.json
i’m getting ‘deepspeech-server’ is not recognized and internal & external command

Can you please provide some link to setup mozilla deepspeech for transcribing i have checked the link, can i use it in PHP, because i was trying to start deepspeech-server but it was not started in python, if this work then i can access it in other programming languages also
