Difference of Preliminarily Reviewed and Full nomination?

Hi

“Trend Micro NSC Firefox Extension 6.8” add-on already pass Preliminarily Reviewed and wait for Full nomination(full review).
Since “Trend Micro NSC Firefox Extension 6.8” add-on is installed by application, should I need to re-download again after it pass Full nomination?
My question is the signed file would be different between Preliminarily Reviewed and Full nomination?

Thank you

If the same version of the addon is fully reviewed and passed as Full review, then there is no change AFA users are concerned.

Full review is a more in-depth review (comparing to Preliminary review).

No.

This is an unlisted extension. You need to redownload the add-on after it passed full review as it will have another certificate which allows the side-loading.
