Does Firefox MV2 extension has a deprecation timeline?

Hi team,
It’s about a year after this post https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2022/05/18/manifest-v3-in-firefox-recap-next-steps/.
Does Firefox have a MV2 deprecation plan like Chrome? Or MV2 would still be supported for a long time (maybe another year?)
If we have a MV2 deprecation timeline, it would greatly help developers to triage the work.

No deprecation timeline yet, as far as I know. Thankfully, since MV3 is conceptually garbage.

Thank you Wesley, I guess so too, hopefully we don’t have to do the migration this year.

But I still hope Mozilla can have some document for the MV2 sunset, even draft is fine, then we can check that doc occasionally.

Best bet is to watch our blog as that is where any updated info would most likely be shared. We’ve done several recent posts on MV2/MV3 as well in case you have not seen them.
