ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement deepspeech

I’m having trouble installing deepspeech on Windows 10, Python 3.8.2, pip 21.0.1.

Here is the --verbose output, if anyone could help I would appreciate, thank you:

And yet we have it: https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/7b/d7/853d65101476cc2d4aa03296265a72d5c1673829039c62511ef82a964d42/deepspeech-0.9.3-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl

Make sure you are using Python 64-bits?

Also, pip install --verbose should contain more infos, there’s nothing actionable here.

There was a bunch more stuff above but it got really long. I will run again and log it.
