Extension is removed from store

Extension is removed from Mozilla store due to following reason,
-You need to remove the information collected about other installed extensions and browsing history, because it’s considered ancillary data.

What is the alternative for this. Why Firefox team removed and what can be done.
Any help would be appreciated.

  • “User Interactions & Technical Data” => Collecting ancillary information (e.g. any data not explicitly required for the add-on’s basic functionality) is prohibited.
  • “Personal Data” => Collecting ancillary personal information (e.g., any data not explicitly required for the add-on’s basic functionality) is prohibited.
  • “Monetization” => Collecting ancillary information for monetization is prohibited.

What does your extension do that requires knowing about installed extensions and browsing history? Is that explained in the description displayed to users?
