Firefox Developer tools open Network tab - Paramters tab scroll not work

Can you please provide some instructions how to see the problem?
I can’t see the problem on my machine and here is what I am doing:

Open the Developer Toolbox and select the Network panel

Select the first request in the Network panel and see the Params side panel. It shows list of URL query arguments (parameters)

Make the Developer Toolbox height smaller so the list isn’t fully visible. The vertical scrollbar should appear -> works for me.
