How can I add Personas for personal use?

There are several Personas on AMO that I have edited to be better for my use. Obviously I can’t just respost them there, but I want to be able to keep track of them the same way I can other Personas in the addons page instead of having to navigate to the file, rename it “lightweighttheme-header”, copy it to the addons directory, and restart Firefox. Is there some addon or other way to keep track of local files for use as Personas? Thanks.

You can use the Personas Plus add-on to load local themes.

Thanks. Are there any other extensions? That one doesn’t work with Pale Moon.
