I would like to write my own Extension for Firefox for Android. I don’t want to upload it to Mozilla’s a Extension “store”. I would like to simply run it on my own phone.
In my initial search, I’ve read many strange things, like that Firefox for Android only allows whitelisted extensions, that Firefox Nightly should allow unlisted extensions, but it’s been broken for many months. There seems to be no documentation on how a developer would load his code on his mobile browser, except some completely outdated stuff.
How can I add my extension to my phone’s Firefox from my laptop and use it every day?
