How to fix 'Can use the English (en-US) link as a fallback' warnings

there is not a zh-CN page for a link, so I got the warning during editing MDN doc pages.
how to fix that?

Our team doesn’t manage localization of MDN (or SUMO) pages, they’re managed directly by those teams. You might want to ask directly in the MDN forum (not sure if there’s one specifically for translators).
