According to Mozilla Introduces Add-on Collections , one can access the Collection Directory. There is no directory.
Maybe you need to be logged in?
When I click the link, it brings me to the list of my own collections:
Then again, the article you’ve linked is 16 years old, so who knows what has changed since then…
I was logged in. I have no collections, I just want to see others’ collections. Where would I file a bug for that?

But I doubt allowing users to see all collections of all users will be implemented, that would be a lot of data, it may be also a privacy issue…
Yeah - I found some info at Cannot list collections in desired formats · Issue #722 · mozilla/addons · GitHub. I requested access to the doc jvillalobos mentioned, but don’t expect to ever get it. Thanks for your help.
