I need help about Mozilla Observatory

Hello,
I scanned my web server that hosting a WordPress website with https://observatory.mozilla.org/ and it gave me “D-” ranking :frowning:
Some tests are passed by score is “0”:

Why? Which one of these errors are server side (Apache configuration)? How can I solve these problems?
