Is it possible and feasible to use Mozilla's TTS on a AMD Ryzen 2200g machine?

I want to use Mozilla’s TTS with LJSpeech voice to convert text articles into audiofiles.

So is it possible and feasible to use Mozilla’s TTS on a AMD Ryzen 2200g machine? Or is it only for Nvidia cards?

Using CUDA is x10 faster for training TTS. However, for inference backend makes almost no difference.
