Is there a way to ignore files which have alphabets not in alphabets.txt file

I want to know, is there a way to ignore file which has alphabets not in alphabets.txt files. For example, there is a sentence
i have a migrain and i took panadol but it doesnÕt help
I want to skip this file Õt is not alphabet

Not with DS directly, but look at the importer scripts in ?bin and change one of those.
