Lightning showing incorrect dates in calendar (possibly only on Windows)

We have a shared calendar where one of the users is running Thunderbird and Lightning on Linux (TB v60.7.2, Lightning 6.2.5) and another on Windows (TB v60.8.0, Lightning 6.2.8). We have observed an issue whereby a multi-day calendar entry is showing as correctly terminating on a given day on the Linux machine but a day earlier on Windows. The ICS file stored on the server is showing the correct date, time and timezone.

Could this be client settings-related or perhaps an issue with the plugin itself.
