MailExtension: menu-context for compose-windows/-editor; which "ContextType"?

Hi there,

I’d like to add a context-menu in my Thunderbird MailExtension.
I want it to be in the same context as “Paste as Quotation”, etc.

Unfortunately none of the documented context-types (menus.ContextType) seems to work (including “editable”).

Did anyone succeed adding a custom context-menu to the compose-editor?

Any help is appreciated.

As suspected: At the moment it’s not possible to hook into the composer’s context-menu via the MailExtension-API:
