Mozilla IoT team?

How many people are in the team working full-time on the IoT project, especially the Gateway? What is the team structure?
I ask this because I am slightly concerned about the speed of development/releases.
I appreciate that several people are contributing in their own time - but how many are full time? (hope this doesn’t sound too ungrateful/critical - it’s not meant to be)

Hi @Geneva,

We have a core team of five full time employees on the Mozilla IoT team, supported by a much larger worldwide community of volunteers.

The gateway has time-based 0.x releases once a quarter, and 0.x.x bugfix releases as needed.

Any updates in light of the recent reductions in personell? I see that we have lost twobraids and benfrancis. Are you the only one left MrStegeman?

And any thoughts on how Mozilla might try to moneterize this project?
