Mozilla.org email infrastructure used to relay spam?

I’ve received some unusual spam email from “Mozilla@email.mozilla.org”.

Normally I’d think nothing of this, but it appears to have a valid DKIM signature, and has passed SPF.

If I’m reading the headers correctly, it appears to have been forwarded by “bounce.email.mozilla.org” and possibly “mail10196.em.mozilla.org”.

Can someone suggest a good point of contact for further investigation?
