I need help on the issue with my add-on where it is stuck on “Awaiting Review”, it has never happened before. Also, I tried to reach out via the discussion in the add-on but no one was answering.

Are there nobody really willing to help me?
The awaiting review been pending since Oct.19.
So, I had to tell my users to possibly migrate to Chrome and not use Firefox to use the latest version of my add-on. But I still wanted to have my add-on here in Mozilla to be updated, instead of continuously telling my users to use Chrome because some of them still likes Firefox.
