I originally posted in the thread related to developer accounts being mistakenly banned, but am starting another topic as my case seems a little different.
My add-on had shown steady growth over the past few months, then yesterday my reported user count suddenly dropped by about 35 percent overnight, from 1,868 to 1,211, a loss of 657 users. Today it shows as 0. There were no new releases and no other known changes on my end.
I checked some other pages for addons similar to mine and confirmed that other addons also appear to have lost significant users in the past couple of days, including one which lost over 5,000 yesterday.
My extension is still installed, active, and works as expected in the different versions of Firefox on my phone and desktop, so the stats should show me as at least one current user still out there.
To be clear, my developer account was not banned, and I have not received any notice from Mozilla about any issue with my add-on or account.
Please confirm whether there is an issue on Mozilla’s end.
