Hey i am developer of modern twp ext but i fell for the phishing scam but i immediatelyrealised and deleted the extension so how should i proceed? can it be restored?

Unfortunately deleted add-ons cannot be restored. Yes, you should be able to re-upload using a new ID.
hello again thanks for reply, but the problem is my re-upload keeps getting rejected as a duplicate?? I have uploaded a new version so I will update you if it gets rejected again
You will need to change the browser_specific_settings.gecko.id field in your add-on’s manifest.json file.
yes I have but it is getting rejected in manual review
Ah, my mistake. I thought you meant it got rejected at upload time. Can you share your new ID?
