I would like to add Saterland Frisian language (Seeltersk), written in Latin Script. It is a West Germanic minority language spoken by about 2000 people in four villages in the Municipality of Saterland (Seelterlound), district of Cloppenburg, state of Lower Saxony, Germany. How can I do that?
