Quick heads-up, in case you see this small project appear on your dashboard this morning.
You might remember Bergamot, a project to create a client-side machine translation engine. This add-on allows you to use this engine, for a limited number of language pairs, in Firefox Nightly.
Please check the testing instructions for more information.
Since support is limited to a small (but growing) number of languages, it’s currently not available as an opt-in project for other languages. Note that some of the strings used in the infobar are available in the Firefox project (search for translation. in the resources).
