I do know, but after installing not added vocabulary. In brouser only russian vocabulary.

Make sure you install the dictionary and not the language pack. Language packs are for the UI language, dictionaries are for spelling.
You can download dictionaries from the same page you can download language packs (which is also where the get more item in the context menu should lead): https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/language-tools/
