We all agreed on the following:

If a thread gets no action within 7 days from the last post, we should decide what the outcome is/close it/archive it/put it for later discussion (depending on the development level of the thread)

Each important thread that needs a resolution is going to have a “steward” assigned to the thread

It is the steward’s responsibility to make sure that the thread has an ongoing discussion OR is decided on and closed OR is archived for later use
I am going to the be steward for this thread, in case there are any questions/suggestions.
