First, we want to apologize to all our communities who have been affected by sites becoming unavailable due to non-payment. This has been a frustrating issue for us as well, though certainly not as frustrating as it has been for you.
With many thanks to @hmitsch for his approval, we have switched from manual billing to automatic renewal.
This of course eliminates the possibility of non-payment due to error on our side. It should also mean that should there be a different issue with payment we’ll get a heads up from OVH and can resolve the problem proactively instead of reactively.
Should you have an issue with a site being unavailable please email email@example.com this will go to the MCWS team as well as our supporting Participation Systems staff.
