I downloaded the “remove duplicate contact manager” in Thunderbird, but when I activate it a large box opens that is larger than my screen, which does not let me scroll down to the “start” button, nor does it allow me to move the box up or down. Any suggestions. I have many duplicate contacts in my TB address book that I would like to merge.
