We have noticed that if Firefox is not the focused window, certain automatic actions that are programmed to occur do not. We have seen it regarding our application’s auto answer functionality (the call will never get answered despite all the proper flags in place) and playing a chime automatically in certain scenarios around when Firefox is not in focus (the chime never plays).
From my understanding this is a security feature which is totally fine and understandable but we do have a couple of customers asking about why these automatic actions are not occuring. If there is nothing to be done, that’s fine! If there is some kind of workaround I can provide them, that’s good too.
