Hi Reps,
as you already know from the Weekly Calls or from the Council notes (https://discourse.mozilla.org/tags/reps-council-meeting) the Reps Council is working on OKRs for Q1.
This time also every Reps Council members has a specific OKR to work on.
And as you can see from the title of this thread I am working on Onboarding.
We have also a kanban board on GitHub that is a working in progress.
I am writing there because I have already a draft (worked on that in the previous weeks) and I am looking for feedback on the various part.

PS: Where there are the other Reps Council OKRs documents? They are working on that, I was advantaged because with the new Onboarding team I already written different things internally so was required only a work of redefine them.
