When on the official Rakuten page to add an extension to Firefox, I clicked on the link and it took me to this page:

When using Firefox, if you visit this page: Promo Codes, Coupons & Cash Back | Rakuten – you can see an icon to click to add Rakuten to Firefox, but the link goes nowhere.
Please help.

I just did a refresh of Firefox and surprised to find this extension is no longer available. I just used it yesterday! I’ll email Rakuten to see if they have any idea what’s going on.
Response from Rakuten:
" Thank you for reaching out to us. We are aware of this issue and our development team is currently working on a resolution. In the meantime, please shop directly through the Rakuten mobile app or Rakuten.com."
I was able to locate the XPI extension file from my profile backup.
I’ve uploaded it to OneDrive if anyone wants a copy. I left it as originally named “{35d6291e-1d4b-f9b4-c52f-77e6410d1326}.xpi”
Same issue here. I’ve also reached out to rakuten but expect the same response now that I’ve found this thread.
