React license and Mozilla

Mozilla use React for his devtools but there are issue with the license of the project.
What have to say Mozilla using a project that is not so good for the ASF?

Let’s try not to have this discussion in multiple places I believe it’s currently happening in mozilla.governance? Any light which can be shed would be shed by our legal team; I’ve asked them to comment as far as they are able.
